付費服務條款

本條款適用於閱讀未來可能提供的任何付費功能、一次性購買、訂閱、會員或增值服務。目前如 App 尚未提供付費功能，本條款作為未來上線前的預先說明；實際購買前，App 會顯示具體功能、價格、週期與購買確認資訊。
1. 與使用者協議的關係
本條款是使用者協議的一部分。若本條款與使用者協議針對付費服務有不一致，以本條款為準。
2. 購買與付款
除非 App 內明確說明，iOS 付費功能將透過 Apple App Store 或 Apple In-App Purchase 處理。付款、稅費、發票、付款方式、家庭共享、商店區域與帳務問題由 Apple 或相應商店規則管理。我們不會取得你的完整信用卡、金融卡或 Apple 帳號付款資料。
3. 訂閱與自動續訂
如果未來提供自動續訂訂閱，訂閱會按購買頁顯示的週期與價格續訂，除非你在 Apple 帳號的訂閱管理中取消。Apple 說明自動續訂訂閱是會自動續訂直到使用者取消的產品；取消方式可參考 Apple 支援頁面：
取消訂閱通常只會停止下一期續訂；已生效期間的權益通常會持續到當期結束，除非 Apple 或適用法律另有規定。
4. 免費試用、優惠與價格變更
如果提供免費試用、折扣、促銷或地區價格，具體條件以 App 內購買頁、App Store 顯示資訊及 Apple 規則為準。價格、功能與可用地區可能變更；需要使用者同意的價格變更會依 Apple 流程處理。
5. 退款
透過 Apple 購買的項目，退款申請由 Apple 處理。你可以透過 Apple 的報告問題頁面申請退款；是否符合退款資格依 Apple 規則、當地法律與實際情況決定：
若某項付款不是透過 Apple 或 App Store 處理，請依購買頁面顯示的付款提供者與客服方式處理。
6. 服務內容與限制
付費服務可能解鎖便利功能、同步容量、進階設定或其他增值能力，但不代表我們提供、授權或保證任何第三方書籍、小說、漫畫、音訊、RSS、書源或外部服務。你仍需遵守使用者協議、第三方條款與版權規定。
我們可能因技術、法規、平台政策、濫用、帳號安全或營運需要調整、暫停或終止付費功能。若這影響已購買權益，我們會依適用法律、Apple 規則與本條款處理。

Paid Service Terms

These terms apply to any paid features, one-time purchases, subscriptions, memberships, or value-added services that Yuedu Reader may offer in the future. If the app does not currently offer paid features, these terms serve as advance notice. Before any actual purchase, the app will show the relevant feature, price, billing period, and purchase confirmation information.
1. Relationship to the User Agreement
These terms are part of the User Agreement. If these terms conflict with the User Agreement regarding paid services, these terms control for paid services.
2. Purchases and Payment
Unless expressly stated in the app, iOS paid features will be processed through the Apple App Store or Apple In-App Purchase. Payment, taxes, invoices, payment methods, Family Sharing, storefront region, and billing issues are governed by Apple or the relevant store rules. We do not receive your full credit card, debit card, or Apple Account payment details.
3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
If auto-renewable subscriptions are offered in the future, they will renew at the billing period and price shown on the purchase page unless you cancel in your Apple Account subscription management. Apple describes auto-renewable subscriptions as products that renew automatically until canceled by the user. See Apple support and developer documentation:
Canceling a subscription usually stops the next renewal; access for the current paid period usually continues until that period ends unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Trials, Offers, and Price Changes
If free trials, discounts, promotions, or regional pricing are offered, the specific conditions are governed by the in-app purchase page, App Store information, and Apple rules. Prices, features, and regional availability may change; price changes that require user consent will follow Apple's process.
5. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases billed by Apple are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem flow; eligibility depends on Apple rules, local law, and the circumstances:
If a payment is not processed through Apple or the App Store, use the payment provider and support channel shown at purchase.
6. Paid Service Scope and Limits
Paid services may unlock convenience features, sync capacity, advanced settings, or other value-added capabilities, but they do not mean that we provide, license, or guarantee any third-party books, novels, comics, audio, RSS, book sources, or external services. You must still comply with the User Agreement, third-party terms, and copyright rules.
We may adjust, suspend, or terminate paid features for technical, legal, platform-policy, abuse-prevention, account-security, or operational reasons. If this affects purchased benefits, we will handle it according to applicable law, Apple rules, and these terms.
